The ICS-6280 Industrial-Grade Network Appliance is built to provide secure networks in the toughest industrial environments. Powered by Intel® Atom™ x6000 series processors (formerly Elkhart Lake), the ICS-6280 provides a substantial performance increase over previous generations, while also being equipped with application-specific benefits such as remote device management technology for Industrial IoT networks.
Along with a wide operating temperature (-40°C ~ 75°C) and wide voltage support (9Vdc ~ 48Vdc), the ICS-6280 contains a dense I/O supporting Wi-Fi and cellular networks. The ICS-6280 also offers added security features such as NGFW, UTM, along with hardware-based features such as an isolated COM port and redundant power capabilities to provide consistent, secure, and reliable network solutions.
Cybersecurity
The ICS-6280’s dedicated I/O featuring 2 pairs of LAN Bypass support guarantees connective integrity. It also boasts hardware-based cryptography via onboard Intel® Platform Trust Technology to protect firmware.
Industry 4.0
With a redundant 9Vdc~48Vdc power input range and ESD-protected isolated COM port, the ICS-6280 offers 24/7operation, providing a convergent solution covering both OT and IT systems for Industry 4.0 applications.
Smart Infrastructure
With DIN rail and wall mounting kits, ICS-6280 is easily deployed in machine cabinets for existing system integration. This is beneficial for heavy industries such as energy, oil and gas, chemical refinery and transportation.
SCADA Control System
A wealth of connectors paired with wireless network support enables time-synchronized data acquisition, monitoring, and reporting for SCADA functionality. Additionally, the ICS-6280’s virtualization capability facilitates more agile computing.
