As a complete automation control solution, the BOXER-6711-ADN is also exceptionally rugged, with broad operating temperature and power input ranges, together with advanced power protection features that ensure continuous operation even in the most demanding environments.

Hassle-Free DIN Rail Mounting

Integrating automation solutions can present many challenges, particularly in environments with existing infrastructure that may require additional renovation to accommodate new equipment due to hardware restrictions. However, with its slim vertical form factor measuring just 1.89’’ x 7.48’’ x 4.88’’ (48mm x 190mm x 124mm) and weighing just 3.5 lb., the BOXER-6711-ADN can be easily installed on a DIN rail using only three screws, making it suitable for hassle-free deployment virtually anywhere.

Efficient Interface Design

Equipped with all the features required by machine-builder applications, the BOXER-6711-ADN is also designed to maintain reliable connectivity through an industrial I/O layout. Designed for vertical installation, the BOXER-6711-ADN features three DB-9 ports (RS-232/422/485) along its top edge and a DB-15 port along its bottom edge for DIO functionality. The PC’s side panel provides dual 2.5GbE LAN, dual USB 3.2 Gen 2 and dual HDMI for easy interaction with other devices, PLCs or SCADA systems. To support wireless communications and PCIe expansion modules, the system also provides M.2 M-Key and E-Key slots, together with a full-size Mini Card slot and a SIM slot.

The BOXER-6711-ADN stands out for its exceptional mechanical robustness and reliable operation across a broad temperature range of -20°C to 60°C, allowing users to install a variety of storage, memory and wireless communication add-ons in demanding environments. To protect critical data integrity, the system incorporates a broad 9V ~ 36V input voltage range with advanced safeguards against overvoltage, undervoltage and short circuits, together with a fanless design that protects against dust.
