Featuring a 323 PPI (pixels per inch) IPS LCD, the FeelWorld 7" 4K Ultra-Bright monitor with Loop-Through HDMI is ready to display SD, HD, UHD and DCI 4K video. The LCD panel has a resolution of 1920x1200, a 16:10 aspect ratio, a 1200:1 contrast ratio and a measured brightness of 2200 cd/m² for easy viewing in outdoor and indoor environments. The IPS LCD provides good off-axis viewing, allowing the image to be viewed without standing directly in front of the monitor and without distorted colours or contrast. The monitor chassis is slim and lightweight, with a thickness of 2.54cm and a weight of only 371.4g with the removable L-series battery plate.
The side of the monitor provides loop-through HDMI input and output connections, while the headphone input and external DC power input are located on the opposite side. The bottom has a 1/4"-20 threaded mounting hole, and the control buttons are located on top of the monitor. The rear of the monitor contains the included L-series battery plate, as well as a VESA 75-compatible mount. A range of image assessment tools is built into the monitor, including a histogram, false colours and zebras for exposure checking, peaking and magnification for focus checking, and markers to ensure correct framing.

High Brightness of 2200nit for Outdoor Filming
The high-brightness FEELWORLD FW279 monitor uses a 7-inch “golden size” panel. The FW279 monitor not only has the resolution and pixel density required to make every image look impressive, but also features a high-brightness 2200nit display with almost 5 times the brightness of conventional field monitors, allowing outdoor filming without reflections in the image. This makes it an excellent choice as a gimbal, Steadicam or director's monitor, providing a clear image without the limitations of bulk and viewing angle.

Uses the Rec.709 colour standard. FEELWORLD uses the professional HD Rec.709 colour standard and colour calibration technology. Professional factory calibration enables efficient monitor calibration, accurate colour reproduction without colour distortion, and a true representation of the image when recording video.

Intuitive Controls and Menus
The menu controls are intuitive and easy to use. The complete button layout is located on top of the monitor. Two separate function buttons can be programmed for the features you use most frequently. For example, one shortcut key can be assigned to the image-flip function, allowing the display to be flipped quickly when filming with the camera upside down.
The monitor automatically saves the previously configured parameters and retains these settings the next time it is switched on. They do not need to be configured again, making operation convenient and straightforward.
The Camera's Best Companion
Ideal for 4K cameras and DSLRs. The compact FW279 design includes 4K HDMI input/output for connection to virtually any 4K camera or DSLR. The HDMI connection supports up to 4Kp30. Audio can also be monitored through the 3,5 mm stereo headphone connector or the built-in speaker.
Loop-out 4K HDMI
The FW279 features 4K HDMI loop-through input and output, allowing live signals not only to be displayed but also to be sent to other monitors simultaneously. This enables live images to be shown on multiple monitors at the same time while maintaining the original video quality. It can be connected to a wireless transmitter to send the signal to the filming team's director while monitoring it simultaneously. Cable-free operation provides greater flexibility for effortless transitions between scenes and outdoor filming.

Mounting Point
Attach it to cameras or equipment carts, or hang it wherever required. The FEELWORLD FW279 has standard 1/4” mounting points on the bottom for attachment to cameras and rigs. When using an inverted installation, the image-flip function can be enabled to maintain the correct orientation.
75mm VESA Mounting Holes
Alternatively, the VESA 75 mounting holes on the rear can be used to secure the monitor to a more robust support if required.
Continuous Power
For power, the monitor has a 12V DC input and an L battery plate (standard). The 12V DC input can be connected to a continuous power supply, or the monitor can be used with rechargeable batteries. Other battery plates can also be selected for convenience.
Note: To switch off the monitor, press the power button; do not disconnect the power cable directly.
As the FW279 is a high-brightness monitor, use a DC7-24V output with a power supply rated above 18W, such as a 12V/2A power adapter.
