Robustel’s EG5100 is a new generation of industrial Edge Computing gateways with worldwide support for 4G/3G/2G networks and a complete operating system based on Debian 11 (bullseye), capable of supporting thousands of existing or new ARMv7-based applications (compatible with Raspberry Pi).

The EG5100 supports Docker for easy application deployment and benefits from ‘RobustOS Pro’ – Robustel’s latest router OS, featuring enhanced cybersecurity, an advanced GUI and numerous software capabilities, including VPNs, Smart Roaming, SMS remote control and more. With a 792 MHz Cortex A7 CPU, the EG5100 takes computing power to the next level and can be used as a combination of cellular router + embedded PC for IoT applications.
RCMS is Robustel’s free router monitoring service and is fully compatible with the EG5100. It allows customers to view the locations of their routers quickly and easily on a map. Information such as data usage, signal strength, the current network and much more can be viewed for each router. Over-the-air updates are supported for firmware, router configurations and applications, providing essential protection if anything is not correctly configured during deployment.
