The BOXER-6451-ADP is an exceptionally small, yet powerful fanless embedded PC powered by 12th Generation Intel® Core™/Celeron® processors (formerly Alder Lake-P U15). Channeling its high-level CPU capabilities through a fast, vast array of connectors for unmatched peripheral device function, the BOXER-6451-ADP is expertly designed for AMR, kiosk, and smart manufacturing applications. Designed with a new, innovative cooling structure, the BOXER-6451-ADP effortlessly accelerates heat transfer to facilitate heavier workloads. Additionally, the BOXER-6451-ADP gives users 5G, Wi-Fi, and NVMe functionality through the system’s unprecedented expandability, making it the perfect compact solution for bringing high performance to any project.

Small but Mighty

Measuring just 7.48" x 4.37" x 2.5" (190mm x 111mm x 63.5mm), the BOXER-6451-ADP delivers excellent performance in a smaller package, with up to 10 cores and 12 threads of 12th Generation Intel® Core™ processing power. Its compact chassis can be deployed in confined spaces, making it ideal for applications such as kiosks and charging stations.

Space-Efficient

A space-efficient design allows the BOXER-6451-ADP to accommodate extensive I/O for transferring larger volumes of data at higher speeds. Four COM ports with RS-232/422/485 support, three USB 3.2 ports running at 10Gbps, and one 2.5 GbE LAN port provide the BOXER-6451-ADP with the high-speed peripheral connectivity required for AMR applications, supported by CPU-based technologies such as Intel® IPU 6.0 and Intel® DL Boost.

Innovative Heat Dissipation

Efficient thermal dissipation is achieved through the BOXER-6451-ADP’s new and innovative cooling structure. The traditional tubular heat pipe used to conduct heat from the CPU to the heatsink has been flattened to increase its conduction area and accelerate heat transfer. This enables the fanless BOXER-6451-ADP to handle heavier workloads without the risk of overheating.

More Expandability Than Ever Before

The BOXER-6451-ADP brings greater expandability to the BOXER-6400 series than ever before. Equipped with an M.2 2230 E-Key, M.2 3052 B-Key, and M.2 2280 M-Key, it allows users to add 5G, Wi-Fi, or NVMe functionality to their project with a single module. This functional versatility enables the BOXER-6451-ADP to serve as an AI-IoT gateway controller, robotic manufacturing arm, and more.
