The STE-6104C-T industrial serial server is a 4-port gateway between Ethernet (TCP/IP) and serial communications. It allows almost any RS232/422/485 serial device to be connected to a new or existing Ethernet network. The STE-6104C supports several management options, including a web interface, Telnet, a serial console, and a Windows utility. This industrial serial device offers a wide operating-temperature range from -40C to 85C and carries certifications including, but not limited to, CE, free fall, shock, and vibration. With high-speed data rates of up to 921kbps, the STE-6104C-T is an ideal solution for expanding or upgrading RS232, RS422, or RS485 serial devices on an Ethernet network.
