The Boxer-6842M features Intel® Core ™ I9/i7/i5/i5/i3 and Xeon® E processors (formerly Coffee Lake/Lake Refresh), delivering high-end computing performance. Paired with up to 128 GB of SODIMM memory, the system is designed to provide the best possible performance for compute-intensive machine vision processing and AI Edge Server applications.
The Boxer-6842M offers expanded storage and expansion options to improve Edge operations and accelerate analytics. The system supports up to four 2.5” drives (HDDs or SSDs) and includes an M.2 2280 PCIE x4 slot with NVME support, enabling faster read/write speeds and more efficient operational performance.
The Boxer-6842M is available in three PCI Express configurations. The A2 model features one PCIe x16 slot and one PCIe x4 slot, supporting a GPU with up to 250W TDP from a single power supply. The A3 model features two PCIE x8 slots (in x16) and one PCIE x4 slot, making it ideal for frame-grabber cards and AI accelerators. The A4 model features the same configuration as the A3, but with wider spacing and dual power inputs to support two GPUs with a combined TDP of 500W of 500W.
The Boxer-6842M includes several key features for operation in industrial environments. The system has a rugged design, a wide voltage input (12 ~ 24V), and extensive I/O connectivity, including six USB3.2 Gen 1 ports, four COM ports, three Gigabit LAN RJ45 ports, and dual HDMI ports. All ports are located on the front of the system for easier connection management.
