The Boxer-6842M features Intel® Core ™ I9/i7/i5/i5/i3 and Xeon® E processors (formerly Coffee Lake/Lake Refresh), delivering top-tier computing performance. Paired with up to 128 GB of SODIMM memory, the system is designed to provide the best possible performance for compute-intensive machine vision processing and AI Edge Server applications.
The Boxer-6842M provides expanded storage and expansion options to improve Edge processing and accelerate analytics. The system supports up to four 2,5 ” drives (HDDs or SSDs) and features an M.2 2280 PCIE x4 slot with NVME support, enabling faster read/write speeds and more efficient operating performance.
The Boxer-6842M is available with three PCI Express configurations. The A2 model features one PCIe x16 slot and one PCIe x4 slot, supporting GPUs with up to 250W TDP from a single power supply. The A3 model features two PCIe x8 slots (in x16) and one PCIe x4 slot, making it ideal for frame-grabber cards and AI accelerators. The A4 model has the same configuration as the A3 but provides greater spacing and dual power inputs to support two GPUs with a combined 500W TDP of 500W.
The Boxer-6842M incorporates several key features for operation in industrial environments. The system has a rugged design, a wide-range voltage input (12 ~ 24V), and extensive I/O, including six USB3.2 Gen 1 ports, four COM ports, three Gigabit RJ45 LAN ports, and dual HDMI ports. All ports are located on the front of the system for easier connection management.
