The Ultimate Platform for Physical AI and Robotics
The NVIDIA® Jetson T4000™ module delivers exceptional performance for physical AI and robotics. This includes up to 1200 FP4 TFLOPS of AI compute and 64 GB of memory, with configurable power between 40 W and 70 W. Compared with AGX Orin™, it provides more than 4x the AI compute, with exceptional energy efficiency and real-time reasoning.
This system-on-module features a GPU based on the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture and a transformer engine with Multi-Instance GPU (MIG) support to run the latest generative AI models with ease. NVIDIA Jetson Thor accelerates real-time, low-latency multi-sensor applications with a 12-core Arm® Neoverse®-V3AE CPU, 3x 25 GbE networking and extensive I/O options for sensor fusion. It also includes a range of accelerators, such as a third-generation Programmable Vision Accelerator (PVA), dual encoders and decoders, and an optical flow accelerator, among others.
Jetson Thor belongs to a new class of robotic computers, architected from the ground up to power next-generation physical AI applications. Featuring the new Blackwell GPU architecture, it is built for generative reasoning and multimodal sensor processing. It also supports a wide range of generative AI models, from Vision Language Action (VLA) models such as NVIDIA Isaac™ GR00T for humanoids to popular LLMs and VLMs such as Cosmos Reason. To provide a seamless cloud-to-edge experience, Jetson Thor runs the NVIDIA AI software stack for physical AI applications, including NVIDIA Isaac for robotics, NVIDIA Metropolis for agentic visual AI and NVIDIA Holoscan for sensor processing. You can also build AI agents for video analytics at the Edge using NVIDIA Blueprints, such as Video Search and Summarization (VSS), with NVIDIA Cosmos Reason as the VLM.
Our partner ecosystem provides all the carrier boards, design services, cameras and other sensors you need, as well as additional AI and system software. This accelerates solution development across industries ranging from robotics and smart spaces to retail, industrial, medical and many more.
The Jetson Thor module delivers production-ready performance, massive AI compute and sensor-processing capabilities for physical AI applications in a compact form factor. This makes it the ideal platform for developers seeking to unlock new possibilities in humanoid robotics and other physical AI applications.
