Nuvo-8108GC-XL is one of the first rugged Edge AI GPU computing platforms to support an NVIDIA RTX 30 series graphics card up to the RTX 3080. Together, the system delivers tremendous GPU computing power of up to 29.8 TFLOPS in FP32, taking GPU-accelerated Edge computing applications such as autonomous driving, vision inspection, and intelligent video analytics to the next level.
Powered by an Intel® Xeon® E or 9th/ 8th-Gen Core™ CPU (up to 8-core/ 16-thread) with the workstation-grade Intel® C246 chipset and support for up to 128 GB of ECC or non-ECC DDR4 memory, the system provides a strong foundation for building a powerful Edge AI computing platform. It features an entirely new mechanical design optimized to deliver the best performance from the latest RTX 30 series GPU cards while enabling parallel operation of its heterogeneous computing architecture. In addition to the PCIe x16 slot (8 lanes) for installing an RTX 30 series GPU, the Nuvo-8108GC-XL provides one PCIe x8 slot (4 lanes) and one PCIe x16 slot (8 lanes), allowing users to add high-performance or bandwidth-intensive expansion cards for functions such as data collection, analytics, and communication.
Nuvo-8108GC-XL incorporates Neousys' patented heat dissipation design*, damping brackets*, and an enhanced GPU stabilizing bar, securing the GPU for reliable, rock-solid operation under shock or vibration. Continuing Neousys' legacy of proven power and thermal design, the Nuvo-8108GC-XL accepts 8~48V wide-range DC input to meet the high power demands of RTX 30 series GPUs across a wide operating-temperature range. With built-in ignition control, it can be deployed in a vehicle and powered directly by the vehicle's electrical system.
