The Nuvis-534RT is an ultracompact, high-performance vision controller with integrated camera interfaces, vision-specific I/O and real-time control for machine vision applications. Equipped with a 4-core / 8-thread AMD Ryzen ™ Embedded V1807B processor, it delivers excellent performance equivalent to conventional desktop CPUs while maintaining compact dimensions of 8,2 cm x 11,8 cm x 17,6 cm (3,4 "x 4,6" x 6,9 ").
The Nuvis-534RT provides unique vision-oriented I/O configurations, including a constant-current lighting controller for directly driving LED lights, an isolated 12V trigger output for activating cameras, an encoder input for acquiring position information and DIO for connecting sensors/actuators. All the vision-oriented I/O described above can be managed using Neousys DTIO V2 or NuMCU technology to ensure real-time triggering/response on a microsecond scale.
The combination of high performance and compact size gives the Nuvis-534RT a distinctive 1-2 advantage, allowing the vision system to be easily deployed with USB3.0 and GigE cameras without space constraints.
