The Nuvo-6032 series is an ideal replacement for bulky rack-mounted or wall-mounted IPC systems. Leveraging the 6th-Gen Intel® Skylake platform, it delivers the same computing power as traditional IPCs in a more compact form factor and with fanless operation.
The Nuvo-6032 series supports socket-type LGA1151 CPUs, allowing users to choose from Core™ i7 to Celeron® according to performance and cost requirements. Its 5-slot capacity provides the same level of expandability as most IPCs. The front-accessible I/O design, including 2 GbE, 4 USB 3.1 Gen1 and 5 COM ports, makes the Nuvo-6032 easier to access when installed inside a cabinet or rack.

6th-Gen Core™ i Skylake platform
The Nuvo-6032 features an Intel® 6th-Gen Core™ desktop processor, delivering the same computing power as a conventional 19” IPC. Its socket-type CPU support allows users to select the CPU flexibly, from an entry-level Celeron® to a high-end Core™ i7, according to performance requirements and system cost.
5-slot expansion capacity
The Nuvo-6032 offers up to five PCIe/PCI slots in its compact chassis, providing the same level of expandability as off-the-shelf IPCs. Users can install a wide variety of I/O, communication, machine vision and motion-control cards for diverse applications.
Regulated airflow for add-on cards
When add-on cards are installed, maintaining a suitable temperature inside the chassis is essential. The Nuvo-6032 features carefully designed air inlets and an optional smart fan that creates regulated airflow across all cards, effectively dissipating heat and significantly improving system reliability.
Versatile mounting options
For easy installation, the Nuvo-6032 is designed with multiple mounting mechanisms. It can be installed in a cabinet using a wall-mounting bracket or secured to a DIN rail with the optional DIN-mounting clip. The rack-mounting kit allows two Nuvo-6032 units to be installed in a rack while occupying the same space as a 4U, 19" IPC.
