Nuvo-7160GC is a rugged GPU-accelerated edge computing platform designed for modern machine-learning applications such as autonomous driving, facial recognition and machine vision. It supports a GPU of up to 120W, delivering 4~6 TFLOPS of computing power for inference, as well as an Intel® 9th/ 8th-Gen Coffee Lake Core™ 8/ 6-core CPU, providing up to a 50% improvement in CPU performance over previous generations.
Thanks to Neousys' patented Cassette design and innovative ventilation mechanism, Nuvo-7160GC effectively dissipates the heat generated by the GPU. Guided airflow from intake to exhaust, driven by powerful fans with smart fan control, allows a 120W GPU to operate at an ambient temperature of 60°C under 100% GPU load.
Nuvo-7160GC incorporates extensive I/O capabilities, including USB 3.1 Gen2/ Gen1, GbE, COM and the MezIO™ interface, within its compact footprint. It also leverages advanced M.2 NVMe SSD technology to deliver disk read/ write speeds of over 2000MB/s, or Intel® Optane™ memory for maximum system acceleration. * For the i7-8700 operating in 65W mode, the maximum operating temperature must be limited to 50°C, and thermal throttling may occur under sustained full load. Users can configure CPU power in the BIOS to achieve a higher operating temperature.
