Nuvo-7200VTC is a rugged in-vehicle controller featuring Neousys' patented Cassette module with a x16 PCIe slot for flexible installation of add-on application cards. Powered by Intel® 9th/ 8th-Gen Core™ processors with up to 8-core/ 8-thread and 64GB DDR4 memory, the system is ideal for advanced in-vehicle applications. Nuvo-7200VTC offers a broad range of peripherals, connectivity and expansion options. It has four or eight 802.3at PoE+ ports that supply 25W of power to connected devices such as IP cameras, M12 (x-coded connectors), and connector screw-lock mechanisms on I/Os such as Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.1 Gen1 and USB 3.1 Gen2 to ensure extremely rugged connectivity in shock/vibration environments. There are two M.2 sockets and three mini-PCIe sockets for installing 3G/ 4G, WIFI, GPS and CAN modules for wireless communication. Neousys also offers a 4G cellular module option certified to operate with a renowned US telecommunications company, reducing implementation time and cost.

In addition, Neousys' patented Cassette design provides one additional PCIe slot for an add-on card, offering even greater flexibility for in-vehicle applications. Nuvo-7200VTC also features two hot-swappable SATA HDD trays, an isolated CAN bus for in-vehicle communication, isolated DIO for sensor/actuator control, an 8V to 35V wide-range DC input with ignition power control, and compliance with E-Mark and EN 50155/ EN45545. The Nuvo7200VTC is a flexible and reliable solution for a wide range of in-vehicle applications.
